Returns & Breakages

Due to sanitization, and other concerns related to the pandemic, I am only offering returns on a case-by-case basis.
If there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please email me so I can make it right. 
I cannot offer returns/refunds/ exchanges on custom orders or wholesale orders.
All of my products are handmade and therefore susceptible to small imperfections. 
Any imperfections that my products have would be small and not at all effect the overall value. 
I will not replace products that are damaged from handling. This includes intentionally bending or twisting the pieces, not storing items properly, and improperly cleaning them!
